Immunology

With emerging delivery systems for targeting immunological responses, this course complements many key therapeutic areas.

We begin with a description of the various cellular tissues and chemical mediator components of the immune system. Then we examine how the cells, tissues and chemical mediators work together to provide the immune response. We finish with a look at the pathophysiology of some common immunological diseases and the pharmacology of medications used to treat these disorders.
